Our scheduled fleet consists of 11 Metro III/23. We service 16 markets with over 100 departures daily. Currently our minimum qualifications include: 1000 hours total time and 100 hours Multi Engine with a valid Multi-IFR.
In addition to these minimum qualifications we value; communication skills, passenger service skills, northern flying experience and previous scheduled and/or charter experience.

- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Apprentices

You'll work from the largest most modern hangar facility in Sioux Lookout. At 35,000 sq. feet, our Thunder Bay hangar is also one of the largest in the north.
The main functions of the two bases are Inspections and defect repairs on the aircraft, their engines, as well as avionics. The Thunder Bay base has incorporated an airframe shop, for structures and flight control rebuilding, and an overhaul shop responsible for overhauling aircraft components including welding and NDT capabilities. As well, Thunder Bay has an engine shop where we do the majority of our engine work from repairs to overhaul for turbine engines.
Responsibilities include servicing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, modification and functional testing of aircraft, including all aspects of maintaining aircraft.
Working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or Apprentice can be exciting and rewarding at Bearskin Airlines due to the diversity of work available.
Qualification:

- Passenger Service Agent - Part-time position available!

We are currently seeking applicants for the following position at our Fort Frances Base: Passenger Service Agents - Traffic Department.
This is a part-time position. Anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
The successful applicant should possess a degree/diploma in Travel and Tourism or equivalent customer service experience. Data entry skills will be required to work with our reservations system. The ability to interact/relate to a wide variety of people and demands will ensure department success. Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. required.

- Ramp Attendants and Groomers

Our ramp attendants and responsible for the safe and efficient handling of customer baggage and cargo to and from our aircraft. The groomers are responsible for cleaning the inside of the aircraft.
Minimum Qualification:

- Airline Area Manager Western Region

Based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, this professionally driven manager will be responsible for the overall area management and performance of the ticket counters, cargo and ramp areas at each station in the Western Region. You will lead, motivate and mentor your team; you will supervise the staffing levels and ensure personnel are properly trained and functioning within our customer friendly processes. Your soft skills such as coaching, negotiation, decision making and team building will also assist you in meeting with and promoting sales to existing and future clients. You will be responsible for delivering positive, quantifiable results in co-ordination with our sales and marketing team. You will assist with corporate accounts and the development and implementation of various promotional programs and activities externally and at each station level. You will assist with customer satisfaction issues. This Manager will provide input to the Management Team and Executive Team into the establishment of goals ad
programs and provide continuing assessment of established goals and programs by recognizing current and potential issues and needs, competitive advantages and disadvantages.
Minimum Qualification:
A degree or diploma in a recognized discipline relevant to the airline industry and/or equivalent experience. A minimum of five years supervisory experience in the area of Passenger/Customer Service within the Airline/Travel Industry in conjunction with exemplary interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are required. Demonstrated competency with computerized reservations is an asset.
